I've been visiting Seacrest on the Ocean for 15 years, and while the beachfront property is beautiful, the customer service has significantly declined. We've encountered booking issues multiple times, and this year the inability to book specific units was frustrating. On the upside, the beach access is enjoyable and the surrounding scenery is lovely, but unfortunately, we've decided it's time to look for a new place to stay.
